Jason’s experience spans real estate development, construction management, and investment execution. His background at the intersection of development and capital structuring allows him to evaluate opportunities not only from a financial perspective, but also from the standpoint of constructability, feasibility, and long-term asset performance.
Prior to launching Parker Avenue Capital Group, Jason was actively involved in real estate development and project execution across residential and mixed-use opportunities. His experience working alongside architects, contractors, and development teams provides a practical understanding of how projects move from concept to completion.

Kaylyn Franklin is a Partner at Parker Avenue Capital Group, where he leads investment strategy, underwriting, and financial execution across the firm’s real estate platform. He is responsible for evaluating opportunities, structuring capital, and developing financial models that support disciplined, risk-focused investment decisions.
His background includes real estate financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and construction budget oversight, with experience supporting large-scale development projects and tracking performance across complex capital structures. This experience supports a practical underwriting approach grounded in realistic assumptions and execution discipline.
He approaches underwriting with an execution-first mindset, grounded in how projects are actually built and financed—not just how they perform on paper.
